As a proud RN, soul health expert, ​spiritual activists and author, Nurse Blue is driven by a ferocious desire to defeat our number one ​enemy to our health and wellbeing, chronic stress by promoting soul health as the wellness solution ​for stress related conditions.

After taking her life back from 35 + years of chronic stress that originated from mental and ​emotional trauma, related to experiencing years of verbal and narcissistic abuse and bullying, (both ​personally and professionally) Soul health has helped Nurse Blue triumph over devastating ​heartbreaks, sexual trauma, health challenges related to an autoimmune disorder, divorce, family ​betrayal, the sudden death of my best friend, the loss of a child and the death of her late father, one ​of Chicago’s pioneering entertainment legends and radio hall of famer Mr. Pervis Spann the Blues ​Man.

Mastering Soul Health was my path forward in releasing and healing from painful and traumatic ​past that was filled with years of chronic stress for a life of peace and joy. Now I am fulfilling my ​purpose by living up to my name blue which stands for build, love, unite and empower people that ​soul health is here to help create heaven on earth simply because I refuse to live in hell.

I believe that 98% of stress related conditions can be resolved with mastering Soul Health and ​increasing the vibrational frequency of our souls is the key to becoming the best version of ​ourselves.
